Warranty Period
All electronic products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, beginning from the delivery date.
If you opted for the 1-year extended warranty, your coverage is extended to a total of 3 years.
What the Warranty Includes
Should any electrical component of your product malfunction during the warranty period, we will replace the unit at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
Damage caused by impact, mishandling, or accidents
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
Malfunctions due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence
How to File a Warranty Request
If you need to request a replacement under warranty, please contact us at info@trendygostore.com.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Kindly respond to that email with a video clearly showing the issue, such as failure to turn on, charge, or operate as expected.
If video evidence is not possible or does not clearly demonstrate the problem, we may ask you to return the item for evaluation.
⚠️ Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns under any circumstances.
