Right of Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order—no explanation required.

Exercising Your Right to Cancel

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days starting from the date you, or a person you have designated (other than the courier), took possession of the goods.

To proceed with cancellation, please send us a clear statement of your decision—either by email or postal mail. While not mandatory, you may use the standard withdrawal form provided below.

After You Cancel

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will initiate a full refund within 14 days. This includes the original standard shipping fees (excluding any upgrades you may have selected). The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged, and no additional charges will apply.

Returning the Items

You are required to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The return is valid if the parcel is shipped before the 14-day deadline.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, complete with original packaging, accessories, and tags. Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Perishable or rapidly expiring goods

  • Opened software, DVDs, or audio/video recordings

  • Newspapers, journals, or magazines

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including all original labels and seals. If the item’s value has decreased due to improper handling, a reduction in the refund amount may be applied.

Ensure that products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
