Once your withdrawal request is received, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
This includes the cost of standard shipping (excluding extra charges for express or premium delivery options).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be applied.

Returned items must be:
