Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

Warranty Period

  • All electronic products include a standard 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

  • If you purchased the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage becomes 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If your product experiences a malfunction due to a manufacturing or electrical defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Damage due to impact, mishandling, or accidents

  • Wear and tear from normal usage

  • Malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or neglect


How to Request Warranty Assistance

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Send an email to info@trendygostore.com.

  2. You will receive an automated confirmation message.

  3. Reply to that message with a clear video showing the issue (for example: the device not turning on, not charging, malfunctioning during use, etc.).

If video evidence cannot be provided or is insufficient, we may request that you return the product for a technical evaluation.

⚠️ Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

A warranty replacement will be approved only if:

  • The issue occurs within the warranty period

  • The malfunction is due to a manufacturing or electrical defect

  • The customer provides the required photo/video documentation or returns the item for inspection
